Manuālās NSUCO metodes precizitāte lēnas sekošanas acu kustību novērtēšanā

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir ir novērtēt skolas vecuma bērnu lēnu sekošanas acu kustību sniegumu, izmantojot subjektīvās un objektīvās acu kustību novērtēšanas metodes. Pētījuma dalībniekiem tika analizētas lēnas acu sekošanas kustības ar NSUCO testu un videookulogrāfu. Iegūtie rezultāti tika salīdzināti ar Maples (2003) izstrādātajām normām dažāda vecuma un dzimuma bērniem. Rezultāti demonstrē, ka neatkarīgi no vecuma un dzimuma ar manuālo NSUCO metodi noteiktie rezultāti bija lielāki par Maples (2003) izstrādātajām NSUCO normas vērtībām. Salīdzinot objektīvo (videookulogrāfijas) un subjektīvo (NSUCO) metožu rādītājus, novērojams, ka objektīvo datu analīze sniedz iespējas precīzāk novērtēt lēnas sekošanas veiktspējas un precizitātes rādītājus.

The aim of this paper is to assess the performance of smooth pursuit eye movements in school-age children using subjective and objective eye movement assessment methods. Participants were analysed smooth pursuit eye movements using NSUCO test and videoocculograph. The results were compared with the norms developed by Maples (2003) for children of different ages and genders. The results demonstrate that, independent of age and gender, the results determined by the manual NSUCO method were higher than the NSUCO norm values developed by Maples (2003). Comparing the performance of objective (videooculography) and subjective (NSUCO) methods, it can be observed that the analysis of objective data provides a more accurate assessment of the performance and accuracy of slow tracking.
