The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is "Student experience in combining paid work and studies". The aim of the work was to find out the experience of undergraduate study program students combining studies with full-time work. To achieve the aim of the thesis, nine semi-structured interviews were conducted with full-time undergraduate students working full-time. The bachelor's thesis used Herbert Marsh's theories on the influence of paid work on education and Gary Becker's theory on time allocation. In the research work, it was determined what is the experience of students combining full-time undergraduate studies and full-time work. It was concluded in the thesis that students, combining full-time studies and work, choose flexible and suitable jobs for career growth, which is helped by the hospitality of employers and lecturers. Combining full-time paid work and studies has a negative impact on emotional health and social life.
