Līdzdalības protesta akcijās racionalitāte Latvijas jauniešu uztverē

Abstract

Darba nosaukums ir “Līdzdalības protesta akcijās racionalitāte Latvijas jauniešu uztverē”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot iesaisti protestu akcijās ietekmējošos faktorus Latvijas jauniešu uztverē un noskaidrot galvenos neiesaistīšanos iemeslus. Izprast protesta akciju efektivitāti Latvijas jauniešu uztverē. Darba autore izvirza četras hipotēzes: (1) jaunieši Latvijā protesta akcijas uzskata par efektīvākām izmaiņu sasniegšanā nekā vecāki cilvēki; (2) jaunieši Latvijā uzskata, ka protestu akcijas ir efektīvākas vēlamo mērķu sasniegšanā nekā dalība vēlēšanās; (3) jaunieši Latvijā biežāk nekā vecāki cilvēki iesaistās protestu akcijās; (4) jaunieši, kuri interesējas par politiku, lielākā mērā piekrīt tam, ka protesti ir efektīvs veids, kā panākt izmaiņas. Autore secina, ka jaunieši Latvijā, lielākā mērā iesaistās protestu akcijās nekā vecāki cilvēki, kā arī, ka viņi protestu akcijas uzskata par efektīvākām nekā gados vecāki cilvēki.

The title of the bachelor thesis is “Rationality of participation in protest actions in the perception of Latvian youth”. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the factors influencing the involvement of Latvian youth in protest actions and to understand the main reasons for non-participation. To comprehend the effectiveness of the protest action in the perception of Latvian youth. The author sets four hypotheses: (1) young people in Latvia consider protest actions more effective in achieving changes than older individuals; (2) Latvian youth perceive protest actions as more effective in achieving desired goals than participating in elections; (3) Latvian youth engage in protest actions more frequently than older individuals; (4) young people interested in politics are more likely to agree that protests are an effective way to bring about change The author concludes that Latvian youth are more involved in protest actions than older individuals and that they perceive protest actions as more effective than older individuals.
