Abstract

Aleksejs Stepanovs. Pūķa tēla etnokultūras specifika fantāzijas literatūras tulkojumos krievu valodā. Rīga, 2024.- 96. lpp. Šīs maģistra darbs ir veltīts pūķu tēlu nosaukumu un apraksta vispārīgās iezīmes attīstībai krievu valodas tulkotajā literatūrā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no divām nodaļām, katra no tām veltīta pūķu tēlu attīstībai un problēmām dažādos laikmetos un medijos. Pirmā nodaļa ir veltīta pūķu terminoloģijas vēsturiskajai izcelsmei krievu valodā: Senā Grieķijā un Romā, Bībeles tekstos un slāvu folklorā. Otrā nodaļa veltīta pūķu tēlam mūsdienu ārzemju literatūrā, analizējot trīs autoru darbus: J. R. R. R. Tolkīna, G. R. R. R. Mārtina un A. Sapkovska. Darbs varētu ieinteresēt pētniekus, kā arī tos, kurus interesē līdzīga problemātika.

The magister paper is devoted to the analysis of draconic characters, their name, and common identifying features, in foreign literature translated to the Russian language. The magister paper consists of two chapters, each focused on the development and problems of dragons in different periods and media. The first chapter is devoted to the historical origins of draconic terminology in Russian language: ancient Greece and Rome, Biblical texts, and Slavic folklore. The second chapter is devoted to the image of dragons in modern foreign literature, through the analysis of three authors: J.R.R.Tolkien, G.R.R.Martin, and A.Sapkovsky. The magister paper may be of interest to researchers, as well as to all who are interested in similar research questions.
