Abstract

Maģistra darba “6 ha Lauksamniecības zemes izmantošanas iespējas Talsu novada Strazdes pagastā” mērķis ir veicināt lauku īpašuma efektīvu apsaimniekošanu. Maģistra darbā tiek risināta konkrētā problēma par iespējām identificēt lauku īpašumam atbilstošu attīstāmo produktu jeb pakalpojumu ar pievienoto vērtību. Konkrētās problēmas risinājums tiek piedāvāts projekta veidā. Problēmas apzināšanai tika veikts pētījums par Talsu novadā esoša lauku īpašuma attīstības iespējām, ņemot vērā ģeogrāfisko novietojumu un novadā esošo sociālekonomisko faktoru ietekmi. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka Talsu novadā ir iespējams attīstīt lauku īpašumu, taču būtiski ir izmantot lauksaimniecības zemi atbilstoši tai noteiktajam mērķim. Autore problēmas risināšanai piedāvā lauku īpašumā izveidot bioloģisko aroniju audzēšanas plantāciju 6 ha platībā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 80 lapām, 15 tabulām, 10 attēliem un 32 pielikumiem. The aim of the master's thesis "Possible uses of 6 ha agricultural land in Strazde district, Talsi region" is to promote the effective management of rural property. The master's thesis addresses the specific problem of identifying a value-added product or service that is suitable for rural property development. The solution to the specific problem is proposed in the form of a project. To identify the problem, a study was conducted on the development opportunities of rural property in Talsi region, taking into account the geographical location and the influence of socio-economic factors in the region. The results of the study show that it is possible to develop rural property in Talsi region, but it is important to use agricultural land in accordance with its intended purpose. To solve the problem, the author proposes to create an organic chokeberry plantation on the rural property with an area of 6 ha.
