Abstract

Darba nosaukums: Jaunākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu veiksmīgas adaptācijas veicināšana pirmsskolā. Darba autors: Sintija Studente Pētījuma mērķis: Teorētiski un praktiski analizēt un noskaidrot, kādi pedagoģiskie paņēmieni un metodes vislabāk veicina jaunākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu veiksmīgu adaptāciju pirmsskolā, un izstrādāt ieteikumus to efektīvai pielietošanai pedagoģiskajā darbā. Kvalifikācijas darba teorētiskajā daļā tika meklēta un analizēta literatūra par adaptācijas procesu, bērna attīstību atbilstoši vecumposmam un pedagoģisko darbību tās sekmēšanai. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā tika veiks pētījums par jaunākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu adaptēšanās grūtībām pirmsskolā. Pētījumā piedalījās 12 grupas bērni un vecāki. Vecāki aizpildīja anketas par saviem bērniem, lai atvieglotu pedagoģisko darbību un pedagogs pēc iespējas efektīvāk sekmētu katra bērna adaptācijas procesu. Pedagoģiskā procesa laikā tika veikts novērojums, pēc kura rezultātiem pedagogs izstrādāja atbilstošas rotaļas un aktivitātes. Iegūtie novērojumu rezultāti tika apkopoti un analizēti. Pētījumā tika konstatēts, ka bērnu adaptācijas norise ir atkarīga no katra individuālajām personības iezīmēm, vides un pieredzes, kurā bērni uzturējušies, kā arī no tā, cik veiksmīgi pedagoģiskās metodes un paņēmieni tiek izvēlēti un pielāgoti katra bērna individualitātei. Noslēgumā tika sniegti ieteikumi pedagogiem adaptācijas procesa veiksmīgākai norisei. Atslēgvārdi: adaptācija, pirmsskola, bērns, pedagogs, vecumposma īpatnības, pedagoģiskās metodes/paņēmieni. In the theoretical part of the qualification paper, literature on the adaptation process, child development according to age, and pedagogical strategies to support adaptation was reviewed and analyzed. In the empirical part of the study, research was conducted on the adaptation difficulties of younger preschool-age children in preschool. The study involved one group of 12 children and their parents. Parents completed questionnaires about their children to support the pedagogical process and to enable the teacher to promote each child's adaptation as effectively as possible. During the pedagogical process, observations were carried out, based on which the teacher developed appropriate games and activities. The results of these observations were summarized and analyzed. The research revealed that the process of children's adaptation depends on each child's individual personality traits, the environment and experiences they have been exposed to, and the extent to which pedagogical methods and techniques are effectively selected and adapted to each child’s individuality. Finally, recommendations were provided for teachers to support a more successful adaptation process.
