Epitēlija biezums un radzenes stāvums pacientiem ar keratokonusu un augstas pakāpes astigmātismu

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 33 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 14 attēlus, 4 tabulas, 1 pielikumu un 82 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: salīdzināt epitēlija biezumu radzenes stāvākajā vietā pacientiem ar keratokonusu un augstas pakāpes astigmātismu. Metode: tika analizētas pacientu medicīniskās kartes, lai noskaidrotu, kā mainās radzenes epitēlija biezums un radzenes stāvums pacientiem ar keratokonusu un pacientiem ar augstas pakāpes astigmātismu. Rezultāti: pacientiem ar keratokonusu ir novērojams statistiski nozīmīgi plānāks radzenes epitēlijs un augstāka radzenes stāvākā punkta vērtība, salīdzinot ar pacientiem ar augstas pakāpes astigmātismu (abos gadījumos p < 0,05). The bachelor thesis is written in Latvian on 33 pages. It contains 14 images, 4 tables, 1 appendix and 82 references on the literature sources. Purpose: to compare the thickness of the epithelium at the steepest point of the cornea in patients with keratoconus and high astigmatism. Method: medical records of patients were analyzed to determine how the thickness of the corneal epithelium and the steepness of the cornea change in patients with keratoconus and patients with high astigmatism. Results: patients with keratoconus have a statistically significantly thinner corneal epithelium and a higher value of the steepest point of the cornea compared to patients with high astigmatism (in both cases p < 0,05).
