Mantojuma lietu vešana

Abstract

Pētījuma ietvaros autore analizē zvērinātu notāru praksē sastopamās problēmas mantojuma lietu vešanā. Uzmanība tiek pievērsta 01.01.2025. notikušajai mantojuma tiesību reformai un tās ietekmei uz mantojuma lietas vešanas procesu. Pētījumā ir veikta analīze dažādu tiesību aktu regulējumam, ņemot vērā praktisko pieredzi, un piedāvāti to risinājumi, izsakot dažādus priekšlikumus. Autore pētījumu ir veikusi gan par mantojuma lietas vešanas procesu šobrīd, kur ietilpst mantojuma lietas uzsākšana, mantojuma lietas vešanas process pēc iesnieguma saņemšanas un mantojuma lietu pabeigšana, gan apskatījusi vēsturisko normu regulējumu, lai izdarītu secinājumus par mantojuma tiesību attīstību Latvijā.

In the research, author is analysing problems that appear in sworn notaries’ practice, while conducting inheritance matters. Author brings attention to reforms that took place on 01.01.2025. and its influence on the inheritance proceedings. Research includes analysis on regulation, and based on personal experience, author provides solutions and recommendations. Author has researched the process of inheritance matters, including the start of the inheritance proceedings, process after receiving an application for the inheritance, and the end of the process, while also analysing historical regulation, to make conslusions about the development of the inheritance matters in Latvia.
