Ģeomaģiskas kopas

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ir formulēts ģeomaģisku kopu jēdziens kā vispārinājums Lī Sallova uzdevumam par ģeomaģiskiem kvadrātiem. Darba tematika ir jauna, taču atsevišķus piemērus var atrast esošā literatūrā. Darbā tiek uzrādīti vairāki jauni paša autora konstruēti ģeomaģisku kopu piemēri, dažiem no kuriem ir visai neparastas īpašības. Ģeomaģiskām kopām no plaknes figūrām apjoms var nebūt ierobežots, bet ģeomaģiskām kopām no telpiskām figūrām tas var būt pat nesanumurējams.

In the bachelor thesis the concept of geomagic sets is formulated as a generalisation of Lee Sallows' problem on geomagic squares. The topic of the thesis is new, but some examples can be found in the existing literature. The paper presents several new examples of geomagic sets constructed by the author, some of which have rather unusual properties. Geomagic sets made of plane shapes may not have bounded cardinality, while geomagic sets made of spatial shapes may even be uncountable.
