Jūdaisma tradīcijas elementi Etiopijas baznīcā

Abstract

Savā bakalaura darbā „ Jūdaisma tradīcijas elementi Etiopijas Baznīcā” es apskatīšu atsevišķus Etiopijas Baznīcas elementus, kas ir unikāli tikai šajā kristīgajā baznīcā. Par sava darba tēzi es izvēlos apgalvojumu, ka šie elementi Etiopijas Baznīcā ir radušies jūdaisma ietekmē. Lai izvērtētu tēzi es apskatīšu literatūras avotus par šo tēmu, veikšu salīdzinājumu par atsevišķu zinātnieku pētījumiem šajā jomā, kā arī sniegšu savus secinājumus, lai apstiprinātu vai noraidītu izvirzīto tēzi. Pirmajā daļā sniedzu nelielu ieskatu Etiopijas un tās Baznīcas vēsturē, un otrajā daļā sīkāk ir raksturoti un izvērtēti atsevišķie Etiopijas Baznīcas elementi. Trešajā daļā sīkāk tiek apskatīti atsevišķu pētnieku argumenti par šo jautājumu. Nobeigumā tiek sniegti secinājumi attiecībā uz izvirzīto tēzi.

In my bachelor’s paper „Elements of Jewish Tradition in the Ethiopian Church” I will look at different elements in Ethiopian Church that are unique for this christian Church. As thesis I choose the statement that these elements have come in Ethiopian Church from jewish tradition. My task will be to compare diferent sources of literature as well to compare the views of competent researchers in this field. In the end I will give my conclusions that will either apporve or reject the thesis. In The first part there is a short insight into Ethiopian history together with an overview of the Church of Ethiopia. In the second part I describe the elements of jewish origin. In the third part there is given an insight into different views held by scientists of this particular field and in the end I give my conclusions to the chosen thesis.
