Valhallas koncepcija Skandināvijas mitoloģijā

Abstract

Šī darba mērķis ir izprast Valhallas koncepcijas dažādus slāņus Skandināvu mitoloģijā, ieskatīties mīta būtībā, aiz ārējā romantiska apvalka. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt Valhallu jeb kareivju paradīzi vai kritušo pili. Valhallas koncepcijas izprašana ir ļoti nozīmīgs posms Skandināvu pēcnāves uzskatu saprašanā, kā arī indoeiropiešu reliģiozitātes izpētē. Šajā darbā ir apskatīti un pētīti trīs galvenie slāni, kuri, pēc autora domām, ir ietverti Valhallas koncepcijā. Tie ir indoeiropiešu slānis, šamaniskais slānis un kristiešu slānis. Katrs no šiem slāņiem tiek atsevišķi apskatīts, analizēts un vērtēts, lai pēc tam, apvienojot visus saņemtus datus, saredzēt Valhallas koncepcijas pilnīgu ainu. Īpaša uzmanība ir pievērsta pēcnāves laimes iegūšanai kritušiem kareivjiem, Valkīrām, skandināvu pagānisma eshatoloģijai. Darbā tiek pētīti arī dažādu tautu reliģiozie uzskati. Nodaļā ar indoeiropiešu slāņa iztirzājums satur dažu indoeiropiešu tautu reliģiozus uzskatus par nāvi kaujā un laimi. Nākošajā nodaļā vairāk uzmanības ir pievērsts seniem Skandināviem blakus dzīvojošām neindoeiropiešu tautām, ar mērķi izpētīt galvenokārt Valkīras tēlu. Pēdējā nodaļā ir veltīta skandināvu un kristiešu eshatoloģisku mītu attiecībām. The aim of this treatise is to understand the different layers of conception of Valhalla in Scandinavian mythology. The aim is to look into depth of the myth behind the external romantic cover. This treatise indulges with exploration of Valhalla or Hall of the Slain. The conception of Valhalla is very important for understanding Scandinavian afterdeath views as well as for Indo-European religiosity further exploration. In this treatise I have made an exploration of the three main layers, which, I think, are included in conception of Valhalla. These layers are Indo-European, shamanic, and Christian. Each of these layers was independently overviewed, explored and examined, for the purpose of connecting the facts and making a full view on the conception of Valhalla. Particular attention is concentrated on the blessing obtainment by warrior after death in battle, Valkyrie and Scandinavian pagan eschatology. In this treatise different nation religious views also are explored. In the chapter, where Indo-European layer is discussed, different Indo-European nation religious views on the death in the battle problem are given. In the next chapter more attention is concentrated on the nations, who were non Indo-European and were living near the Scandinavian tribes, mainly due to the relation of exploration of the image of Valkyrie. Last chapter is devoted to relationships between Scandinavian and Christian eschatological myths.
