Noziedzīgi nodarījumi mežsaimniecībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir „Noziedzīgi nodarījumi mežsaimniecībā”. Autore izvēlējās šādu tematu, jo uzskata to par aktuālu un svarīgu sabiedrībai kā Latvijā, tā arī ārvalstīs. Mežs ir viens no svarīgākajiem katras valsts resursiem, jo tas pilda daudzas svarīgas funkcijas, tādas kā skābekļa ražošana, celtniecības materiāla nodrošināšana, un mājvietas nodrošināšana dzīviem organismiem. Tie ir tikai daži piemēri, kuri ilustrē meža lomu cilvēku dzīvē. Līdz ar to mežs un koki ir sargājami no noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir iepazīties ar noziedzīgo nodarījumu mežsaimniecībā regulējumu Latvijā un citās valstīs. Autore velta savu darbu noziedzīgo nodarījumu mežsaimniecībā raksturošanai, analizē noziedzīgo nodarījumu sastāvus, salīdzina Latvijas regulējumu ar citu valstu regulējumiem. Darba autore izskata noziedzīgo nodarījumu mežsaimniecībā vēsturisko attīstību Latvijā, salīdzina spēkā esošo regulējumu ar citu valstu regulējumiem.

The theme of the study is „Offences against the forestry”. Author has chosen this theme, because it is important and of current importance in society not only in Latvia, but also worldwide. Forests are considered to be one of the most important resources of the country. The importance is explained by the many functions that forests have. For example, forests provide oxygen, it provides raw materials which are needed in the building industry, and it is home for many living organisms. These examples help to illustrate the important role of the forests in people’s lives. This means that forests must be protected against the offenses. The goal of this study is to research and explore how Latvia and other countries regulate offences against forestry. In this research author describes offences against the forestry, analyzes the components of crimes, and compares Latvian regulation of this subject with the regulations in other countries.
