Finanšu analīze un novērtējums SIA „Biroja tehnikas servisa centrā”

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „Finanšu analīze un novērtējums SIA „Biroja tehnikas servisa centrā””. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā daļā aprakstīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, kuri ietver finanšu analīzes būtību, finanšu pārskatu horizontālās un vertikālās analīzes metodes un finanšu koeficentu aprēķinu. Otrajā daļā aprakstīts analizējamā uzņēmuma SIA „Biroja tehnikas servisa centra” darbības raksturojums un gada pārskata sastādīšanas, un grāmatvedības kārtošanas nostādnes. Trešajā – praktiskajā daļā - autors veicis uzņēmuma SIA „BTSC” gada pārskatu analīzi par 2009., 2010. un 2011. gadu, novērtējot uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa izmaiņas analizējamo periodu laikā un nosakot šo izmaiņu cēloņus. Ceturtajā daļā aprakstīts nozares konkurējošā uzņēmuma SIA „Baltijas biroju servisa” darbības raksturojums. Kā arī salīdiznāti SIA „BTSC” un SIA „BBS” finanšu rādītāji un sniegta to interpretācija. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 54 lapaspusēm, tajā ietilpst 11 tabulas un 31 formula, kā arī pielikumi uz 6 lapaspusēm. Diplomdarba izstrādāšanai izmantoti 16 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Izstrādātajam darbam ir teorētiskā un prakstiskā vērtība.

The topic of diploma work is ‘’financial analysis and evaluation of ltd. ‘Office equipment service Centre’. The paper consists of four parts. The first part deals with theoretical aspects of financial analysis, which includes essence of the financial analysis, financial overview of horizontal and vertical methods of analysis, as well as financial ratio calculations The second part deals with the analyzed company’s ltd. ‘Office equipment service Centre’ operating characteristics and annual report preparation, also the principles of accounting positioning. The third-the practical part of the paper, author made company’s ‘OESC’ annual analysis for 2009, 2010 and 2011, valuing company’s financial situation during the period of analysis and determining the causes of the changes. The fourth part deals with operating characteristics of industry’s competing company ‘Baltic Office service’ As well as comparing ltd. ‘OESC’ and ltd. ‘BOS’ financial results and provide their interpretation. Diploma paper consists of 54 pages, which include 11 tables and 31 formulas, as well as 6 pages of appendices. For diploma paper’s development author used 16 different literature and information sources. Developed diploma paper has theoretical and practical value.
