Abu acu radzeņu un priekšējo kameru parametru salīdzināšana

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 50 lapām, satur 39 attēlus, 5 tabulas, 2 pielikumus un 29 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot vai starp acīm pastāv simetrija vai asimetrija. Subjekti: Tika analizēti 310 pacienti (620 acis), 213 sievietes un 97 vīrieši, vidējais vecums - 32 gadi. Metode: No pacientu kartiņām tika iegūti dati par pacientu subjektīvo korekciju un radzenes un priekšējās kameras parametriem. Parametri tika analizēti ar T-testu sapārotiem lielumiem. Rezultāti: No radzenes parametriem būtiskas atšķirības (p<0,05) starp acīm ir konstatētas: priekšējās virsmas horizontālajam liekumam un stiprumam, aizmugurējās virsmas horizontālajam liekumam un stiprumam, vertikālajam liekumam un tilpumam, no priekšējās kameras parametriem – tilpumam. Bachelor work is written in Latvian on 50 pages, contains 39 figures, 5 tables, 2 appendix and 29 references. Aim: To find out between the eyes are symmetry or asymmetry. Subjects: In study were analyzed 310 patients (620 eyes), 210 women and 97 men, average age is 32 years. Method: From the patients’ cards were obtained dates of patients’ subjective correction and parameters of cornea and anterior chamber. The parameters were analyzed by T-test: paired sample for means. Results: Intraocular significant differences (p<0,05) are detected following corneal parameters: he horizontal curvature and the power of the front surface, the horizontal curvature and the power of the back surface, the vertical curvature of the back surface and volume, and from the chamber parameters - volume.
