A/S "Rīgas Siltums" fiananšu analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir A/S „Rīgas Siltums” finansiālās darbības analīze. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izvērtēt A/S „Rīgas Siltums” finanšu stāvokli un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finansiālā stāvokļa pilnveidei. Pirmo nodaļu autors velta teorētiskajai daļai. Šajā nodaļā ir apkopota finanšu analīzes literatūra, kura palīdzēs labāk uztvert praktisko daļu. Nodaļā tiek konkrēti izklāstīta informācija par finanšu analīzes būtību, veidiem un metodēm ar kādām tiek pielietota finanšu analīze un datu izpēte. Otrā nodaļā autors sniedz ļoti plašu informāciju. Tiek aprēķināti nepieciešamie koeficienti un rādītāji, lai veiktu finanšu datu apstrādi, kas sekos trešajā darba nodaļā. Autors iepazīstina ar datiem par katru pētāmo finanšu gadu, pirms tam izklāstot saimnieciskās darbības īsu aprakstu. Pēc tam ar teorētiskajā daļā minētājām metodēm un paņēmieniem tiek veikta katra gada atsevišķa finanšu rādītāju analīze, kuru rezultātus autors apkopo tabulās, lai izmantoto ceturtajā nodaļā salīdzinājumiem un grafiskajiem attēliem. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta datu sakalkulēšana vienotā tabulā. Lai labāk veiktu un izprastu finanšu analīzi, tiek pielietota arī vertikālā un horizontālā bilances un peļņas vai zaudējumu rādītāju analīze. Dati tiek apstrādāti un autors ar vizuālas apstrādes metodēm iepazīstina ar grafikiem, kuri pēc autora domām ir svarīgi, lai tos attēlotu un sniegtu savu vērtējumu. Ceturtajā daļā autors pēc iepriekšējās nodaļās izstrādātās analīzes, sniedz savu viedokli uzņēmuma attīstības perspektīvām un iespējamajiem finanšu datu uzlabojumiem. Diplomdarbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā. Darba apjoms sastāv no 75 lapām, 27 tabulām un 5 attēliem.

The theme of Diploma paper is stock company’s “Rīgas Siltums” analysis of statements. The primary objective of Diploma Paper is to evaluate stock company’s “Rīgas Siltums” financial situation and to develop some suggestions for financial improvement. In first chapter author gives wide information about financial analysis. This chapter contains knowledge about financial analysis which will help better find out practical calculations. Also chapter contains specific information about the ways of financial analysis, methods which are used to perform analysis and data research. In the second chapter author gives heavy level of information. There is calculated all the necessary coefficients to perform manual data processing, which will proceed in third chapter. Before data processing information about each financial year, author gives short commercial activity summary about exact year and gives his own opinion about coefficient. Afterwards, with theoretical information and methods given in first - theoretical chapter author analyses each year. Then all information provided in this analysis author batches information in tables which will be used again in fourth chapter within graphs and other tables. In third chapter all the necessary data is collected within sheets and graphs. To better find out all the hints of financial analysis, there is provided horizontal and vertical analysis of balance and profit and loss accounts. Data is being processed and author creates graphs which are more important and is worth to present them and give opinion. In forth chapter after financial analysis, author gives opinion about further stock company development and possible ways to improve financial results. The Diploma paper is written in Latvian. It consists of 75 pages, 27 tables, and 5 pictures.
