Investīciju fondi un to analīze Latvijā

Abstract

Šobrīd salīdzinoši jauns ieguldījumu fondu tirgus Latvijā ir raksturojams ar strauju attīstīšanas tempu un milzīgam perspektīvam. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, veicot Ieguldījumu fondu tirgus analīzi Latvijā, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus par tirgus attīstību. Bakalaura darba pamatdaļa sastāv no trijām daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir vispārēja teorētiska informācija par Ieguldījumu fondiem. Otrajā daļā tiek apskatīti un izpētīti „Likums par Ieguldījumu Pārvaldes Sabiedrībām” un FKTK noteikumi un sniegti autora komentāri uz ieguldījuma fondu darbības likumdošanu Latvijā un to regulēšanu. Trešā daļa satur informāciju par Latvijas ieguldījumu fondiem, ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrībām un ieguldījumu fondu tirgu kopumā. Bakalaura darbs beidzās ar secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem.

Nowadays Latvian Investment fund market is one of the most rapidly growing and perspective. The objective of this bachelor’s paper is by means of analysis of Latvian Investment fund market to make conclusions and offer suggestions on the overall development of the market. The bachelor’s paper consists of three parts. The first part of the paper contains general theoretical information about investment funds. The Latvian Law on Capital Management Companies is described and evaluated in the second part of the paper. The third part contains the detailed description of the Latvian investment funds, Capital management companies and investment fund market in general.
