Veselības politika Latvijā: hepatīta C piemērs
Visā pasaulē hepatīts C tiek uzskatīts par sociālu problēmu. Pēc Valsts Asinsdonoru centra datiem Latvijā ir ap 100000 inficētu cilvēku. Hepatīta biedrība rīko dažādas kampaņas, lai informētu sabiedrību par infekcijas nopietnību. Latvijas Infektoloģijas centrs piedāvā pretvīrusa terapiju, tomēr tā ir dārga un daļa inficēto to nevar atļauties.
Bakalaura darbā izmatota sociālo tīklu teorija, lai noskaidrotu, kādi aktieri ir iesaistīti veselības aprūpes tīkla un kā tie mijiedarbojas viens ar otru.
Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot veselības aprūpes sistēmā iesaistīto aktieru viedokli par HCV situāciju Latvijā un tā radītajām problēmām.
Pētījumā pielietotās metodes ir daļēji strukturētās ekspertintervijas ar iesaistīto institūciju pārstāvjiem un padziļinātās intervijas inficētajām personām. An annotation
The Health Policy in Latvia: The Case of Hepatitis C Virus
Hpatitis C virus has considered as a social problem in whole world. From the Blood donation centre data there are 100000 people infected of Latvian society. Hepatitis Association organizes a lot of activities to inform society about seriousness of HCV. In the Infectology Centre of Latvia there are possible to undergo reatment course against HCV, but this therapy is expensive and many pacients can’t afford this.
In this paper are used theory of social networks to state which actors are connected in this health care network and how they interact with each other.
This bachelor paper objetive is to query opinion of actors which are involved in health care system about hepatitis C situation in Latvia and it’s caused problems.
The trial methods of this research are semi-structured interviews of experts (people from different institutions which are involved in HCV problem) and with hepatitis C infected persons.
