Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noteikt korelāciju starp laulības pārkāpuma un soda literāro tēlojumu un tiesisko realitāti. Darbā tiek salīdzināta sodu prakse par laulības pārkāpšanu Anglijas tiesību sistēmā un stāstā par Tristanu uz Izoldi. Izvēlētajā laika posmā dažādi autori Eiropā saraksta savas versijas, kā avotu izmantojot leģendu par Tristanu un Izoldi. Galvenās pētniecības tēmas ir galma mīlestība un sodi par laulības pārkāpšanu. Darba gaitā noskaidrots, ka tiesu prakse viennozīmīgi ietekmē literārā darba sižetu un tajā aprakstīto realitāti. Britānijas Tomass un Gotfrīds no Strasburgas raksta par sava laika realitāti un atspoguļo tiesu praksi tādu, kāda tā bija darbu tapšanas brīdī. The aim of the bachelors thesis is to determine the correlation between the literary depicion of marriage violation and the legal reality of punishment. The work compares the practise of penalties for adultery in Englands rights system and the story of Tristan and Isolde. During the selected period, different authors in Europe will list their own versions, using the legend of Tristan and Isolde as a source. The main research topics are courtly love and punishments for adultery. In the course of work, it is clear that the legal system has a clear impact on the story of literary work and the reality described in it. Thomas of Britain and Gotfrid of Strassburg writes about the realities of their time and reflects the legal system as it was at the time of this work.
