Optotipu kontrasta ietekme uz redzes asuma un subjektīvās refrakcijas novērtējumu

Abstract

Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 46 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 25 attēlus, 1 tabulu, 2 pielikumus un 37 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija izpētīt optotipu kontrasta izmaiņas un šo izmaiņu ietekmi uz redzes asuma un subjektīvās refrakcijas noteikšanas precizitāti. Redzes asums un subjektīvā refrakcija, kas nodrošina maksimālo redzes asumu pie 6 dažādiem optotipa kontrastiem (100 %, 75 %, 50 %,30 %, 10 % un 5 %), tika noteikta 28 dalībniekiem. Papildus tika veikta redzes aprūpes specialistu anketēšana. Netika atklātas subjektīvās refrakcijas un redzes asuma izmaiņu atšķirības augsta kontrasta optotipiem, bet būtisks redzes asuma samazinājums un subjektīvās korekcijas novirze miopijas virzienā pie zema kontrasta optotipiem.

The work is written in Latvian on 46 pages. It contains 25 figures, 1 table, 2 appendices, and 37 references. The aim of the study was to investigate the changes in optotype contrast and the effect of these changes on the accuracy of visual acuity and subjective refraction assessment. Visual acuity and subjective refraction that provided the best corrected visual acuity was assessed in 28 participants at six different optotype contrasts (100%, 75%, 50%, 30%, 10%, and 5%). In addition, a survey of vision care specialists was conducted. No differences in subjective refraction and visual acuity were found for high contrast optotypes. But significant decrease in visual acuity and subjective refraction shift in myopia direction was observed for low contrast optotypes.
