Jaunu sieviešu tēlu izveides principi Andrieva Niedras romānā "Līduma dūmos" un Andreja Upīša romānā "Sieviete"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir pētījums par sieviešu tēlu izveides principiem Andrieva Niedras romānā “Līduma dūmos” un Andreja Upīša romānā “Sieviete”. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām. Darba mērķis ir atklāt un izprast jaunu sieviešu tēlu veidošanas paņēmienus un to nozīmi tēlu reprezentācijā. Pētījumā atklāts, ka autoru vīriešu simpātijas pieder sievietei, kura neapšauba patriarhālās sabiedrības kārtību, ir pasīva būtne un kārtīgi pilda ģimenisko funkciju. A. Upīts sieviešu tēlus veidojis ārpus iepriekšējām literatūras tradīcijām, rādot tādu sievišķīgo īpašību prizmu, kurā valdzinājums kļūst par draudu maskulīnajai pasaule. A. Niedra sieviešu tēlu konstruēšanā izcēlis tradicionāli sievišķīgās vērtības – tikumība, mātišķums, ģimeniskums. This bachelor’s degree dissertation examines the principles of female character development in Andrievs Niedra’s novel “Līduma dūmos” (“In Smoke from the Assart”) and Andrejs Upīts’s novel “Sieviete” (“Woman”). The dissertation consists of three chapters with subchapters. The aim of this dissertation is to discover and understand the methods used in the development of young female character and their significance in character representation. This research finds that the sympathies of the male authors lie with women who do not question patriarchal social order, are passive beings, and dutifully fulfill their family role. A. Upīts developed female characters that stand outside established literary tradition, creating a fusion of feminine characteristics whose allure poses a threat to the masculine world. On the other hand, A. Niedra emphasized traditional feminine values – virtue, motherhood, family-orientedness – in his construction of female characters.
