Terminu atveide tiesas nolēmumos

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ir veikta tiesas nolēmumu tulkojumu analīze no juridiskās terminoloģijas viedokļa. Maģistra darba mērķis ir analizēt terminu atveidi tiesu nolēmumu tulkojumos un piedāvāt atbilstošus tulkojumus tur, kur tas ir nepieciešams. Maģistra darba mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti šādi darba uzdevumi – apkopot pieejamos literatūras avotus par terminiem; atlasīt dažādus tiesas nolēmumus un to tulkojumus krievu valodā, lai veiktu terminu atlasi un klasifikāciju pēc nozarēm; veikt terminu un tulkojuma analīzi; izdarīt secinājumus par raksturīgākajām neprecizitātēm tulkojamajā materiālā, par apkopoto informāciju pētījuma darba gaitā. Tiesas nolēmumos lietotā terminoloģija latviešu valodā tika salīdzināta ar krievu valodas – tulkojuma valodas terminiem. Tika apskatīti daudzi termini, tie tika klasificēti pa nozarēm un tālāk tie tika analizēti.

In the master's thesis has been performed the analysis of translations of court decisions from the point of view of legal terminology. The aim of the master's thesis is to analyse the rendering of terms in translations of court decisions and to offer appropriate translations where necessary. In order to achieve the goal of the master's thesis, the following tasks were set – to summarize the available literature sources on terms; to select various court decisions and their translations into Russian in order to select and classify terms by branches; perform term and translation analysis; to draw conclusions about the most characteristic inaccuracies in the material to be translated, regarding the information gathered during the research work. The terminology used in the court decisions in Latvian was compared with the terms in Russian – the language of translation of decisions. Many terms were considered, classified by branches and further analysed.
