Verģences testa aprobācija datorizētajam redzes skrīningam

Abstract

Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 31 lapaspuses. Tas satur 15 attēlus, 6 tabulas un 36 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija datorizētās redzes skrīninga iekārtas EYEDOO verģences testu aprobācija. Pētījumā piedalījās 74 LU studenti un darbinieki, kuriem tika veikti verģences viegluma un fūzijas rezervju mērījumi ar klīniskajām un datorizētām metodēm. Tika analizēta rezultātu atkārtojamība un ticamība. Datorizētiem testiem ir augsta atkārtojamība. Verģences viegluma datorizētā testa rezultāti pie ciklu manuālā pārrēķina būtiski neatšķiras no klīniskā testa rezultātiem. Starp fūzijas rezervju datorizētā un klīniskā testa rezultātiem pastāvēja statistiski nozīmīga atšķirība (p < 0,05). Fūzijas rezervju testam ir jādefinē normas vērtības, bet verģences viegluma testam ir jāpārskata cikla ieskaites kritērijs.

The thesis is written in Latvian on 31 pages. It contains 15 figures, 6 tables and 36 references. The aim of this study was to make the approbation of vergence tests of computerized vision screening device EYEDOO. In this study was collected data of 74 students and employees of University of Latvia. Reliability and validity of computerized vergence tests was evaluated. Computerized tests showed high reliability. The results of vergence facility computerized test in order of manual counting of vergence cycles did not show significant difference from the clinical evaluation results. Between the results of fusional vergence computerized and clinical tests there was detected significant difference (p < 0,05). New norms must be defined for fusional vergence test and for vergence facility test vergence cycle counting criteria needs to be changed.
