Bakalaura darba ‘’ProQuest datubāzes lietojamības, derīguma un informācijas meklēšanas iespēju novērtējums’’ mērķis bija izpētīt šīs datubāzes lietojamību no studentu viedokļa. Pētījums tika balstīts uz pragmatisma teoriju un Mijiedarbības trīs komponentu modeli. Kā pētīšanas metodes tika izmantotas kontentanalīze un verbālais protokols. Pētījuma rezultāti apstiprināja hipotēzi, ka datubāze ir lietotājiem draudzīga ar plašām meklēšanas iespējām, kuru respondenti pēc uzdevumu veikšanas atzina par noderīgu. The aim of the bachelor's thesis "Evaluation of the usability, validity and information search possibilities of the ProQuest database" was to study the usability of this database from the point of view of students. The study was based on the theory of pragmatism and Interactive Triptych Framework. As methods of study, content analysis and verbal protocol were used. The results of the study confirmed the hypothesis that the database is user-friendly with a wide range of search options, which respondents found useful after performing the tasks.
