Aprūpes līmeņa izvērtēšanas metodikas pielietojums un tā novērtēšana dienas aprūpes centros Rīgā pilngadīgām personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir “Aprūpes līmeņa izvērtēšanas metodikas pielietojums un tā novērtēšana dienas aprūpes centros Rīgā pilngadīgām personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem.” Dienas aprūpes centru pamatmērķis ir radīt vidi, kurā cilvēki ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem socializējas, apgūst jaunas prasmes un iemaņas, uztur jau esošās un vienkārši ir sabiedrībā, ir ārpus savām mājām. Lai veiksmīgāk izvērtētu klientu un piešķirtu atbilstošāko pakalpojumu katram klientam, tiek pielietota novērtēšanas karte, kas novērtē fiziskās un garīgās spējas un nosaka aprūpes līmeni. Maģistra darba mērķis ir teorētiski un praktiski izpētīt novērtēšanas karti fizisko un garīgo spēju izvērtēšanai un aprūpes līmeņa noteikšanai klientam ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem, atbilstību un pielietojumu dienas aprūpes centros no sociālā darbinieka – izvērtēšanas veicēja skatu punkta. Pētījuma galvenie uzdevumi bija analizēt pētījumus par sociālajiem pakalpojumiem cilvēkiem ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem, raksturot un analizēt sociālos pakalpojumus, kas pieejami pieaugušajiem ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem Rīgas pašvaldībā, analizēt konfliktu, ekoloģisko un sistēmu teorijas, un spēka perspektīvas pielietojumu darbā ar cilvēkiem ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem, analizēt novērtējuma pētījuma metodiku sociālajā darbā. Pētījumā tika veiktas strukturētas intervijas ar sociālajiem darbiniekiem dienas aprūpes centros cilvēkiem ar garīga rakstura traucējiem Rīgas pašvaldībā, kuri savā darbā veic klientu funkcionālo spēju izvērtēšanu un izmanto novērtēšanas karti. Datu analīzei tika izmantota tematiskā analīze.

The title of the master's thesis is "Care level assessment tool usage and evaluation in day care centers in Riga for adults with mental disabilities." The main goal of day care centers is to create an environment in which people with mental disabilities socialize, acquire new skills and abilities, maintain existing ones and simply are in the community, outside their homes. In order to better evaluate the client and provide the most appropriate service to each client, an assessment tool is used, which assesses physical and mental abilities and determines the level of care. The aim of the master's thesis is to theoretically and practically study the assessment tool for the assessment of physical and mental abilities and determination of the level of care for a client with mental disabilities, suitability and application in day care centers from the point of view of the social worker. The main tasks of the study were to analyze research on social services for people with mental disabilities, to describe and analyze the social services available to adults with mental disabilities in Riga municipality, to analyze the application of conflict, ecological and systems theories, and force perspective in working with people with mental disabilities, to analyze the assessment research methodology in social work. The study conducted structured interviews with social workers in day care centers for people with mental disabilities in Riga municipality, who assess the functional abilities of clients and use the assessment tool in their work.
