Attālināto mācību pieejas vadība sākumskolā

Abstract

Līdz ar Covid – 19 izplatību, attālinātās mācības ir kļuvušas par izglītības procesa sastāvdaļu, kas jau no pašiem pirmsākumiem ir aktualizējušas jautājumu par jēgpilnu attālināto mācību organizēšanu sākumskolas skolēniem, kuriem nav pietiekami attīstītas digitālās un pašvadītas mācīšanās prasmes. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt, kā tika organizētas attālinātās mācības Talsu novadā un izstrādāt teorijā un praksē pamatotus ieteikumus attālināto mācību organizēšanai sākumskolā. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika veikta literatūras izpēte un analīze, dokumentu analīze, datu ieguvei tika intervēti 4 Talsu novada izglītības iestāžu vadītāji, anketēti 32 Talsu novada sākumizglītības skolotāji, tika veikta kontentanalīze un datu statistiskā analīze. Darba ietvaros tika izpētīta attālināto mācību organizēšana un īstenošana Talsu novadā sākumizglītībā, izstrādāti ieteikumi izglītības iestāžu vadītājiem un skolotājiem, jēgpilnai attālināto mācību organizēšanai.

With the spread of Covid – 19 virus, distance learning has become a part of the educational process, which from the very beginning has raised the issue of the organization of meaningful distance learning for primary school pupils who do not have sufficiently developed digital and self–directed learning skills. The aim of the research is to investigate how distance learning was organized in Talsi region and to develop recommendations based on theory and practice for the organization of distance learning in primary school. In order to achieve the goal, literature research and analysis, document analysis were carried out, 4 managers of educational institutions of Talsi region were interviewed for data collection, 32 primary education teachers of Talsi region were surveyed, content analysis and statistical analysis of data were carried out. Within the framework of the research, the organization and implementation of distance learning in primary education in Talsi region was studied, and for the meaningful organization of remote learning recommendations were developed for managers and teachers of educational institutions.
