Pamatskolas atbalsta personāla sadarbība skolēnu agresīvas uzvedības mazināšanā

Abstract

Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts uz 61 lapaspusēm, satur 7 attēlus un 4 tabulas. Pētījuma teorētiskā daļa balstās uz H. Partensas, A.Šponas, I.Čamanes, S.Kruks, Dž. Djuī, K.P. Līsmaņa, L.Vujičic pētījumu atziņām. Teorētiskajā daļā tika apskatīts un analizēts sadarbības process komunikācijā, atbalsta personāls, izglītības iestādes un tās struktūras, atbalsta personāls. Pētījuma praktiskajā daļā tika veikta pētniecisko darbu analīze un Latvijas izglītības iestāžu anketēšana. Darba izstrādei izmantoti 58 literatūras avoti, no tiem 35 svešvalodā Darba mērķis: izpētīt un noskaidrot dažādu izglītības iestāžu un valstu pieredzi, kā izglītības iestādes darba organizācijā atbalsta personāls sadarbības procesā samazina agresīvu izpausmju rašanos. Maģistra darba mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti šādi darba uzdevumi: 1. Analizēt dažādu izglītības iestāžu sadarbības procesus agresīvu uzvedību mazināšanai. 2.Izpētīt izglītības iestāžu esošo situāciju un tās vides ietekmi uz skolēnu sadarbības procesu. 3.Izvirzīt piemērotākos metodiskos ieteikumus agresīvas uzvedības mazināšanai. Maģistra darba izstrādei izmantotas šādas metodes: 1.Monogrāfiskā jeb aprakstošā metode – teorētiskās daļas izpēte, kas veidota no dažādiem informācijas avotiem, analizējot autora viedokļus un secinājumus. 2.Statistikas metodes – pētāmo procesu sakarību izpēte un savstarpējās informācijas, datu attēlojums attēlos un tabulās. 3.Anketēšanas metode – izglītības iestāžu atbalsta personāla, izglītības pedagogu un administrācijas anketēšana. 4.Loģiski konstruktīvā metode – pētāmo rezultātu interpretācija, priekšlikumu secinājumu un atziņu formulēšana. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām: 1.Pirmajā nodaļā ir pētīts jēdziens agresija un atbalsta personāla mijiedarbība agresīvu izpausmju mazināšanā izglītības iestādē. 2.Otrā nodaļa veltīta sadarbības un saskarsmes procesam izglītības iestādē. 3.Trešajā nodaļā analizētas esošās situācijas izglītības iestādēs, agresīvu izpausmju mazināšanas iespējas, kā arī izmantotās metodes agresīvu uzvedību mazināšanai. Darba izstrādes rezultātā secināts, ka atbalsta personāla sadarbības process var mazināt agresīvas izpausmes pamatskolā.

The master's thesis is written on 61 pages, contains 7 images and 4 tables. The theoretical part of the research is based on the research findings of H. Partens, A. Šponas, I. Čamanes, S. Kruks, J. Dewey, K.P. Līsmanis, L. Vujicic. The theoretical part examined and analyzed the process of cooperation in communication, support staff, educational institutions and their structures, support staff. In the practical part of the study, the analysis of research works and the survey of Latvian educational institutions were carried out. 58 literary sources were used for the development of the work, 35 of them in a foreign language Aim of the paper: to study and gain the experience of various educational institutions and countries, how support staff in the work organization of educational institutions reduce the occurrence of aggressive manifestations in the process of cooperation. In order to achieve the aim of the Master's Thesis, the author sets the following tasks for this paper: 1. To analyze the cooperation processes of various educational institutions to reduce aggressive behavior; 2. To study the current situation of educational institutions and the influence of its environment on the process of student cooperation; 3. Propose the most appropriate methodological recommendations for reducing aggressive behavior; For the development of the Master's Thesis, the author employs the following methods: 1. Monographic or descriptive method – research of the theoretical part, made from various sources of information, analyzing the opinions and conclusions of the author. 2. Statistical methods – researching the relationships of the researched processes and displaying mutual information and data in pictures and tables. 3. Survey method – surveying the support staff of educational institutions, educational pedagogues and administration. 4. Logically constructive method – interpretation of the researched results, formulation of proposals, conclusions and findings. The master's thesis consists of 3 chapters: 1. The first chapter examines the concept of aggression and the interaction of support staff in reducing aggressive manifestations in an educational institution. 2. The second chapter is devoted to the process of cooperation and communication in an educational institution. 3. The third chapter analyzes the existing situations in educational institutions, the possibilities of reducing aggressive manifestations, as well as the methods used to reduce aggressive behavior. As a result of the development of the work, it was concluded that the cooperation process of the support staff can reduce aggressive manifestations in elementary school.
