Radošās pašefektivitātes saistība ar radošu sniegumu

Abstract

Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot radošās pašefektivitātes un radošā snieguma savstarpējo saistību. Pētījuma izlasi veidoja 149 respondenti, no kuriem 111 bija sievietes, 36 bija vīrieši, un viens no respondentiem identificējās kā “Cits”, papildus norādot to ka identificējas kā nebināra persona. Lai veiktu pašefektivitātes mērījumus tika izmantota Īsā radošās pašefektivitātes aptauja, savukārt radošā snieguma mērījumiem tika izmantoti jautājumi kas balstīti uz diverģentās domāšanas teorijas atziņām, kas mērīja tās trīs komponentes: plūdumu, elastību un oriģinalitāti. Pētījuma secinājumi ir tādi, ka starp radošo pašefektivitāti un visiem radošo sniegumu raksturojošajām komponentēm pastāv pozitīva saistība.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between creative self-efficacy and creative performance. The study sample consisted of 149 respondents, of whom 111 were female, 36 were male, and one respondent identified as "Other" in addition to identifying as a non-binary person. The self-efficacy measures were based on the Short Scale of Cretive Self, while the questions, which were used to measure the creative performance, were based on the Divergent Thinking Theory, which measures its three components: fluency, flexibility and originality. The findings of the study are that there is a positive relationship between creative self-efficacy and all the components of creative performance.
