Iekšējās kontroles sistēmas novērtējums SIA "WOODPRO"

Abstract

Efektīvai iekšējās kontroles sistēmai ir nozīmīga loma jebkura uzņēmuma mērķu sasniegšanā un ilgtspējīgas izaugsmes nodrošināšanā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz SIA “WOODPRO” iekšējās kontroles sistēmas izpēti un novērtējumu, izstrādāt priekšlikumus iekšējās kontroles sistēmas uzlabošanai un trūkumu novēršanai. Pētījuma rezultātā, pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma iekšējās kontroles sistēmas izpēti un novērtējumu un darbinieku aptaujas rezultātiem, tika konstatēts, ka SIA “WOODPRO” iekšējas kontroles sistēmā pastāv trūkumi un tika sniegti priekšlikumi iekšējās kontroles sistēmas uzlabošanai un trūkumu novēršanai.

An effective internal control system plays an important role in achieving the goals of any company and ensuring sustainable growth. The aim of the bachelor thesis is, based on the research and evaluation of the internal control system of SIA "WOODPRO", to developed proposals for improving the internal control system and eliminating deficiencies. As a result of the study, based on the research and assessment of the company's internal control system and the results of the employee survey, it was found that there are deficiencies in the internal control system of SIA "WOODPRO" and proposals were made to improve the internal control system and eliminate deficiencies.
