Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Rēzeknes pilsētas izpildkomitejas galvenie darbības virzieni: 1944. – 1953.gadā” ir veltīts reģionālās vēstures izpētei, kas raksturo vienu no padomju varas institūcijām. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un raksturot Rēzeknes pilsētas izpildkomitejas galvenos darbības virzienus. Mērķa sasniegšanai izmantoti Rēzeknes zonālā arhīva materiāli, kuri satur pilsētas izpildkomitejas sēžu protokolus. Ir identificēti 6 galvenie darbības virzieni, kuri bija aktuāli pēckara laikā. Pilsētas izpildkomiteja lielu nozīmi pievērsa dzīvojamā fonda jautājumam, cenšoties atjaunot kara laikā izpostīto infrastruktūru un novēršot dzīvojamās platības trūkumu. Pastāvēja būtiski trūkumi, kas ietekmēja tās darbību. Preses un pilsētas izpildkomitejas locekļu kritika atspoguļo būtiskākās problēmas un jautājumus, ko risināja pilsētas izpildkomiteja.

The work of the bachelor's “Main directions of action of the Executive Committee of Rezekne City 1944 – 1953” is devoted to research into regional history, which describes one of the Soviet institution. The work aims to clarify and describe the main directions of action of the Executive Committee of Rezekne City. Rezekne zonal archive materials containing the minutes of the meetings of the city’s Executive Committee have been used to achieve the target. 6 main directions of action have been identified, which were current during the post – war period. The city’s Executive Committee focused heavily on the issue of the residential fund, seeking to rebuild the infrastructure damaged during the war and eliminating the lack of residential space. There were significant shortcomings affecting its functioning. Criticism from members of the press and the city’s Executive Committee reflects the major challenges and issues addressed by the city’s Executive Committee.
