Pedagogu dzīvesspēka kopsakarība ar profesionālās darbības noturību

Abstract

Uģis Brūklene. Maģistra darbs: PEDAGOGU DZĪVESSPĒKA KOPSAKARĪBA AR PROFESIONĀLĀS DARBĪBAS NOTURĪBU. Rīga, 2023. – Darbā iekļautas 73 lpp., 25 attēli, 7 tabula un 6 pielikumi.Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt pedagogu dzīvesspēka kopsakarības ar profesionālās darbības noturību.Pētījuma jautājumi: 1) Kādi ir dzīvesspēku veidojošie faktori? 2) Kāda ir kopsakarība pedagogu dzīvesspēka rādījumiem ar profesionālās darbības noturību?Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, kā datu iegūšanas metode empīriskajam pētījumam tika izmantota Konores – Deividsona “Dzīvesspēka aptauja (LATV) © (CD-RISC 25)”. Tika iegūtas 170 aizpildītas anketas no pedagogiem 14 mācību iestādēs, kas tika atlasītas pēc skolas tipa, skolēnu daudzuma un atrašanās vietas maģistra darba autora profesionālās darbības apgabalā. Darba teorētiskā daļa sastāv no divām nodaļām, pirmajā tiek aprakstīti pedagogu profesionālās darbības noturības izaicinājumi 2020.-2022. gada kontekstā. Tie ir jaunā mācību satura un pieejas ieviešana, Covid -19 pandēmija un informācijas un tehnoloģiju attīstība. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēts pedagogu dzīvesspēks, to veidojošo faktoru korelācija ar profesionālās darbības noturību. Tiek noskaidrots dzīvesspēka jēdziens, dzīvesspēka faktori, izmantojot CD – RISK 25. Pētījuma empīriskā daļa tiek aprakstīta maģistra darba trešajā nodaļā, izpētot kādas ir kopsakarības starp pedagogu dzīvesspēka rādījumiem un spēju pārvarēt izaicinājumus un saglabāt noturību profesijā? Konores – Deividsona “Dzīvesspēka aptauja (LATV) © (CD-RISC 25) ir atbilstošs, uzticams un vienkārši lietojams pētniecības instruments, ko lietot pedagogu dzīvesspēku veidojošo faktoru identificēšanai. Tika secināts, ka pedagogu dzīvesspēks nodrošina profesionālās darbības turpināšanu neskatoties uz izaicinājumiem un satricinājumiem profesionālajā, ģeopolitiskajā un sociālajā vidē. Tālākajos pētījumos pedagoģijas nozarei būtu jāsadarbojas ar psiholoģijas, medicīnas, teoloģijas, filozofijas un socioloģijas nozarēm, lai aptvertu un stiprinātu pedagoga dzīvesspēku, kas korelē ar profesionālās darbības noturību veidojošajiem faktoriem un ietekmētu to visā tā daudzšķautnībā un dimensijās. Pētījumu rezultāti ir jāprezentē kopā ar rekomendācijām izglītības politikas veidotājiem un skolu vadītājiem.

Ugis Bruklene Master's thesis: THE CORRELATION BETWEEN TEACHERS' RESILIENCE AND THE PERSISTENCE OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY. Riga, 2023. - The work includes 73 pages, 25 pictures, 7 table, and 6 appendices. The master's thesis aims to investigate the interrelationships of pedagogues' resilience with the persistence of professional activity. Research questions: 1) What are the factors that makeup resilience? 2) What is the correlation between the readings of teachers' resilience and the persistence of professional activity? In order to achieve the goal of the work, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC 25) (LATV)© was used as a data acquisition method for the empirical study. 170 completed questionnaires were obtained from educators in 14 educational institutions, which were selected according to the type of school, number of students, and location in the area of professional activity of the author of the master's thesis. The theoretical part of the work consists of two chapters; the first chapter describes the challenges of the sustainability of teachers' professional activity in the context of years from 2020 until 2022. These are the introduction of a new curriculum and approach, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the development of information and technology. The second chapter analyzes the life force of pedagogues and the correlation of the factors forming it with the persistence of professional activity. The concept of vitality and factors of vitality are clarified using CD-RISK 25. The empirical part of the research is described in the third chapter of the master's thesis, investigating the connections between the indicators of pedagogues' resilience and the ability to overcome challenges and maintain resilience in the profession. Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC 25) (LATV)© is a relevant, reliable, and easy-to-use research tool to identify factors that shape pedagogues' resilience. It was concluded that the life force of pedagogues ensures the continuation of professional activities despite challenges and upheavals in the professional, geopolitical, and social environment. In further research, the field of pedagogy should cooperate with the fields of psychology, medicine, theology, philosophy, and sociology in order to understand and strengthen the life force of the educator, which correlates with the factors forming the sustainability of professional activity and affects it in all its multifacetedness and dimensions.
