Mācību satura aktualizēšana informācijas un komunikāciju tehnoloģiju kontekstā vidējās profesionālās izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Pandēmijas periods ir pierādījis, ka tradicionālās mācību metodes vairs neapmierina mūsdienu izglītības prasības. Pēdējos gados ir vērojama tendence uzlabot vidējo profesionālo izglītības iestāžu infrastruktūru ieviešot IKT (Informācijas un komunikāciju tehnoloģijas) ar nolūku aktualizēt izglītības procesa nodrošināšanu, tādejādi veicinot izglītības kvalitāti un sekmējot izglītojamo mācību sasniegumus. Tomēr, daudzi profesionālās izglītības pedagogi joprojām izrāda pretestību pret mācību satura aktualizēšanu IKT kontekstā savā mācību metodoloģijā. Līdz ar to darba mērķis ir izstrādāt vadlīnijas, kuras ir piemērotas vidējās profesionālās izglītības iestādes dažādu līmeņu vadītājiem, lai nodrošinātu mācību satura aktualizēšanu IKT kontekstā. Darbā pielietotas tādas pētījuma metodes kā pētāmās organizācijas mācību darba organizēšanas un izpildes reglamentējošo dokumentu analīze. Pētāmās organizācijas pedagoģiskā personāla anketēšana, viedokļu un pieredzes analīzei un pētāmās organizācijas dažādu līmeņu vadītāju interviju rezultātu analīze ar mērķi iegūt informāciju par to, kā izglītības iestādē nodrošina aktualizētu mācību saturu IKT kontekstā. Pētījuma procesā izstrādātas vadlīnijas, kuras ir piemērotas vidējās profesionālās izglītības iestādes dažādu līmeņu vadītājiem, lai nodrošinātu mācību satura aktualizēšanu IKT kontekstā.

The pandemic period has proven that traditional teaching methods no longer meet the demands of modern education. In recent years, there has been a tendency to improve the general infrastructure of professional educational institutions by introducing ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) with the aim of actualizing the provision of the educational process, thereby promoting the quality of education and promoting the educational achievements of students. However, many vocational education teachers still show resistance to actualizing the curriculum in the context of ICT in their teaching methodology. Therefore, the aim of the work is to develop guidelines that are suitable for managers of different levels of secondary vocational education institutions, in order to ensure the updating of the curriculum in the context of ICT. Research methods such as the analysis of the documents governing the organization and execution of educational work of the researched organization are used in the work. Questionnaire of the pedagogical staff of the researched organization, for the analysis of opinions and experiences and the analysis of the results of the interviews of managers of different levels of the researched organization and the nominated representative of the industry with the aim of obtaining information about how the educational institution provides updated learning content in the context of ICT. Guidelines have been developed in the research process, which are suitable for managers of different levels of secondary vocational education institutions, in order to ensure the updating of the curriculum in the context of ICT.
