Sieviešu līderības stila novērtējums Latvijas Investīciju un attīstības aģentūrā.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Sieviešu līderības stila novērtējums Latvijas Investīciju un attīstības aģentūrā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz zinātniskās literatūras analīzi un autores veikto empīrisko pētījumu, identificēt un novērtēt sieviešu līderību stilu Latvijas Investīciju un attīstības aģentūrā. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi, tika izanalizēta zinātniskā literatūra par līderību un līderības stiliem un izpētīta sieviešu līderības attīstība un vīriešu un sieviešu līderību atšķirības, kā arī iegūti dati no veiktās darbinieku aptaujas un vadītāju intervijām. Darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autore sniedz ieskatu teorijā par līderību, vadību un dažādiem to stiliem, par to, kāda ir līderību teoriju vēsture un sieviešu un vīriešu līderības atšķirības. Šo jautājumu apskate sniegs dziļāku ieskatu par to, kādi līderības stili pastāv, kā vēsturiski ir pētītas šīs teorijas, kas ir bijuši pētījumu objekti, vai pastāv atšķirības starp tieši sieviešu līderību un vīriešu līderību un viņu izvēlētajiem līderības stiliem un kādā veidā tie ietekmē organizācijas vadību. Otrajā nodaļā tiks apskatīta Latvijas Investīciju un attīstības aģentūras darbība un analizēta tās struktūra. Trešajā nodaļā darba autore apkopo datus no aptaujā un intervijās iegūtajiem rezultātiem. The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is “Assessment of a Women's Leader Management Style at The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia”. The purpose of the Bachelor`s thesis is to identify and evaluate of women`s leadership at the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, based on scientific literature analysis and empirical research performed by the author. To achieve the goal of Bachelor`s thesis, scientific literature on leadership and leadership styles was analysed and the development of female leadership and differences in male and female leadership explored, as well as data from conducted employee surveys and women leaders interviews. Thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the author gives an insight in to the theory of leadership, leadership styles, what is the history of leadership theories and what differences are between women leaders and men leaders. Looking at these issues will provide a deeper insight into what kind of leadership styles exist, how these leadership theories that have been the subjects of research have historically been explored, whether there are differences between women`s leadership and men’s leadership specifically, and the leadership styles they choose, and in what way they affect the organisation. The second chapter will examine Investment and Development Agency of Latvia and it`s structure. In chapter three, the author analyses data from the results of employee survey and women leaders interviews. The Bachelor`s thesis consists of 67 pages, 7 images, 5 tables and 4 attachments.
