Radzenes horizontālā meridiāna biezuma mērījumu atkārtojamības salīdzinājums ar Huwitz H-OCT1 un Essilor WAM700+

Abstract

Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 31 lapaspuses. Tas satur 15 attēlus, 9 tabulas un 50 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis ir novērtēt optometrijas praksē izmantojamu divu dažādu optiskās pahimetrijas ierīču (Huvitz HOCT-1 un Essilor WAM700+) mērījumu uzticamību un savstarpējo aizvietojamību. Pētījumā piedalījās 22 dalībnieki, kuriem katrai acij ar katru ierīci tika veikti 3 atkārtoti mērījumi. Tika noteikta mērījumu atkārtojamība un savstarpējā atbilstība. Gan WAM700+, gan HOCT-1 nodrošina labu mērījumu atkārtojamību visos radzenes mērītajos punktos (ja SKK1,1 > 0,75). Iekārtu atkārtojamība un precizitāte atšķiras perifērijā un centrā. Ierīču savstarpējās atbilstības analīze norāda uz to, ka ierīces nav savstarpēji aizvietojamas klīniskajā praksē.

The thesis is written in Latvian on 31 pages. It contains 15 figures, 9 tables and 50 references. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the reliability and interchangeability of measurements of two different optical pachymetry devices (Huvitz HOCT-1 and Essilor WAM700+) used in optometry practice. There were 22 participants in the study who each had 3 repeated measurements per eye with each device. The repeatability and mutual agreement of the measurements were determined. Both WAM700+ and HOCT-1 provide good measurement repeatability at all measured points on the cornea (SKK1,1 > 0,75). The repeatability and accuracy of the devices differ in the periphery and in the centre. An analysis of the compatibility of the devices indicates that the devices are not interchangeable in clinical practice.
