Latvijas Universitātes Akadēmiskā nozīmīte

Abstract

Raksts veltīts vienam no Latvijas Universitātes simboliem, kas ir veltījums LU 105 gadu jubilejai. Šis simbolis ir LU Akadēmiskā nozīmīte, ko varēja piešķirt LU absolventiem kā pateicība par augstākās izglītības iegūšanu, vienlaikus stiprinot absolventa identitāti ar Latvijas valsts nacionālo Alma mater. 2024. gada septembra mēneša priekšmetam ir izvēlētas sudraba LU Akadēmiskās nozīmītes lielās un mazās formas paraugi, kas pastāvīgi glabājās LU Muzeja krājumā.

The article is dedicated to one of the symbols of the University of Latvia (UL), which is a tribute to the 105th anniversary of the UL. This symbol is the Academic Badge of the UL, which could be awarded to graduates of the UL as a token of gratitude for their higher education, at the same time strengthening the graduate's identity with the national Alma mater of the Republic of Latvia. For the September 2024 item, silver examples of the large and small forms of the Academic Badge of the UL have been selected, which have been permanently preserved in the collection of the Museum of the UL.
