Zaļo ražošanas iniciatīvu ietekme uz projektiem un projektu vadību Indijā

Abstract

Šajā darbā tiek pētīta zaļās ražošanas iniciatīvu ietekme uz projektu vadību un rezultātiem Indijā. Tajā tiek pētīts, cik plaši ilgtspējīgas prakses tiek ieviestas Indijas rūpniecībā, un novērtēts, kā tās ietekmē projektu rezultātus. Papildus galveno zaļās prakses šķēršļu un priekšrocību identificēšanai pētījumā aplūkota projektu vadītāju izšķirošā loma to sekmīgā īstenošanā. Veicot padziļinātu analīzi, pētījums parāda, kā Indijā mainās videi draudzīga ražošana, un piedāvā taktiskus ieteikumus, kā uzlabot zaļās prakses efektivitāti un iekļaušanu projektu vadības sistēmās, lai nodrošinātu ilgtermiņa rūpniecības izaugsmi. Izmantojot jauktu pieeju un ņemot vērā kvalitatīvos un kvantitatīvos aspektus, pētījumā mēģināts izklāstīt faktus, kas saistīti ar zaļo ražošanu un tās ietekmi uz projektiem Indijā. Pētījumā ir apzināti arī projektu vadītāju viedokļi, kas palīdzēja izprast līderības, lēmumu pieņemšanas un pārmaiņu vadības prasmju nozīmi zaļo projektu efektīvā īstenošanā. Pētījumā arī izcelta informācija par veiksmes faktoriem un stratēģiskajām problēmām, ar kurām saskaras uzņēmumi saistībā ar zaļo projektu īstenošanu. Šis pētījums ir arī noderīgs, lai sniegtu zināšanas par ilgtspējīgu rūpniecības transformāciju, ņemot vērā zaļās ražošanas izveidi. Turklāt pētījumā tiek novērtēts arī konkurētspējīgas un noturīgas projektu vadības elements, un iegūtie rezultāti var palīdzēt gan akadēmisko, gan praktisko zināšanu pilnveidošanā.

The effect of green manufacturing initiatives on project management and performance in India is examined in this thesis. It investigates how widely sustainable practices are being adopted in Indian industry and assesses how they affect project results. In addition to identifying the main obstacles and advantages of green practices, the study looks at the crucial role project managers play in their successful execution. Through in-depth analysis, the study illustrates how environmentally conscious manufacturing is changing in India and offers tactical suggestions to improve the efficiency and incorporation of green practices into project management frameworks for long-term industrial growth. Through having focus on the mixed approach and considering the qualitative and quantitative aspects, the research tried to present the facts related to green manufacturing and its impact on the projects in India. Also, the views of project managers are being identified in the research that helped to make understand the importance of leadership, decision-making, and change management skills in the effective implementation of green projects activities. The study is also highlights information about success factors and strategic issues that businesses face in respect to implementation of green project activities. This study is also useful to present the knowledge on the sustainable industrial transformation by considering the establishment of green manufacturing. Moreover, element of competitive and resilient project management are also being evaluated in the study and the findings may help in both academic and practical knowledge improvement.
