Sadarbība ar vecākiem uzvedības korekcijā pirmsskolā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums – “Sadarbība ar vecākiem uzvedības korekcijā pirmsskolā”. Darba autore – Samanta Pastare Darba mērķis – teorētiski analizēt un praktiski pārbaudīt kā sadarbojoties vecākiem un pedagogiem iespējams veikt uzvedības korekciju pirmsskolā. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskā un empīriskā pētījuma. Teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēta literatūra par uzvedības traucējumiem pirmsskolā, to raksturojums, cēloņi un ietekme uz bērnu attīstību, kā arī pirmsskolas iestāžu loma uzvedības korekcijā, pedagogu un vecāku sadarbības izaicinājumi. Pēc teorētisko atziņu apkopošanas tika izvirzīta hipotēze – pirmsskolas posmā vecāku un pedagogu sadarbībai uzvedības korekcijā ir ļoti liela nozīme un to veiksmīgi var īstenot, ja ievēro vienotus un konstantus nosacījumus attiecībā pret bērnu kā vecāki tā arī pedagogs. Empīriskajā daļā tika veikts pētījums, tika veikta piemsskolas pedagogu un vecāku anketēšana, intervēts viens pirmsskolas pedagogs, uzdodot padziļinātākus jautājumus par tēmu, veikta bērnu uzvedības korekcija sadarbībā ar vecākiem, balstoties darba teorētiskajā daļā, analizēti iegūtie rezultāti. Title of the Bachelor's Thesis – “Cooperation with Parents in Behavior Correction in Preschool” Author of the Thesis – Samanta Pastare Aim of the Thesis – To theoretically analyze and practically examine how cooperation between parents and educators can enable behavior correction in preschool. The thesis consists of two parts – a theoretical part and an empirical study. The theoretical part analyzes literature on behavioral disorders in preschool, their characteristics, causes, and impact on child development, as well as the role of preschool institutions in behavior correction and the challenges of cooperation between educators and parents. Based on the summary of theoretical insights, a hypothesis was formulated: cooperation between parents and educators during the preschool stage plays a significant role in behavior correction and can be effectively implemented if both parents and educators follow consistent and unified approaches towards the child. The empirical part includes a study involving questionnaires for preschool educators and parents, an in-depth interview with one preschool educator on the topic, and the implementation of behavior correction in cooperation with parents, based on the theoretical framework of the thesis.
